By using CollectOurPhotos you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, message us before relying on it.
CollectOurPhotos is an organising and printing tool. It generates QR codes for a cloud album link you supply and prints table signs. It does not host, transmit or store guest photos, and it has no server — everything you enter is saved locally on your own device.
Your purchase includes a personal licence for your own household — use CollectOurPhotos for your own weddings and events, on any of your devices. Your app address is for you: please don't share it publicly, resell or gift access, or use the app to run events for clients. Wedding planners, venues and celebrants are very welcome — message the shop for a commercial licence.
You remain responsible for your cloud account, its sharing settings and its storage limits; for the content guests upload to your album; for keeping exported backup files private (they contain your album link); and for test-scanning printed signs before the event — ideally with someone who doesn't own the album, as described in Support.
Your album lives with the provider you choose (Google, Dropbox, Apple or another), under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We don't control those services and can't be responsible for their availability, their account requirements, or changes they make. The app also loads fonts and its QR generator from the internet, as any web page does.
Your purchase includes future updates at no extra cost — they arrive automatically the next time you open the app while online. We aim to keep the app available continuously but, like any website, can't promise uninterrupted access. Because your data is on your device, an outage never touches your event details.
The app is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including missed photos on the day — arising from cloud provider settings, printing errors, or use of the app contrary to the guidance in Help and Support. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
As an instant digital download, purchases are generally not refundable — but message us about any problem and we will make it right. That promise matters more to us than this paragraph.
If we update these terms, the current version will always be at this address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
