Start with the Help section inside the app — it covers setting up your album link, printing signs, offline use and backups. Your purchase also included a PDF quick start guide that walks through everything below step by step, so keep it handy.
The most common issue — and it's fixed in your cloud account's sharing settings, not in the app:
Google Drive: open the folder, choose Share, set General access to Anyone with the link, and change the role from Viewer to Editor. Guests need to be signed in to a Google account to upload.
Google Photos: open the album, choose Share, turn on Link sharing and switch on Collaborate so others can add photos. Guests need a Google account.
Dropbox: use a File request rather than a shared folder — anyone with the link can upload with no account, and guests can't see or disturb each other's photos.
iCloud: a public iCloud link is view-only by design. To collect photos, invite people to a Shared Album instead — or use Google Drive or a Dropbox file request for the QR.
Good news: after changing permissions you do not need to reprint anything. Printed QR codes pick up permission changes automatically, because permissions live in your cloud account — the code only carries the address.
The printed QR stores your album's web address in ink, so anything that creates a new address leaves old signs pointing at the old place. Reprint after: deleting and re-creating the folder or album, turning link sharing off and generating a fresh link, deleting a Dropbox file request and making a new one, or moving the album to a different account. Simply renaming a folder usually keeps the same link — but after any change, re-scan a printed sign yourself to be certain, and paste the current link into the app so a reprint is one tap away.
